For Paddle Painting Only - Your paddle will be stained in advance. Please indicate your preference (see photo). Note that colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

For Porch Planter Only - Would you like to add custom interchangeable sign(s) to the front face of your planter for a cost of $20 each? If so, provide wording and/or image information here.

For Centrepiece Boxes Only - See the Centrepiece Box Options photo. Indicate #1-7 and specify any preferred personalization.

For Signs Only - See the Sign Options photo. Indicate #1-7 and specify any preferred personalization.

If friends or family you would like to be seated with will be registering separately, please list their names below.

To complete registration, you must etransfer a $30 registration fee to sernoskiestreefarm@gmail.com The $30 will then be deducted from the total workshop cost. The workshop balance must be paid by etransfer or by cash on the day of the event.

I understand that I must send $30 within 24 hours to finalize the registration.
